I’m writing to you regarding the kitchen job Quality Homes of Rochester did for us. Our experience with QHR was wonderful!
First I called Phil Romeo, he explained the process and then came down to our house to see what we wanted. Phil was great – cheerful, funny and honest. He then brought Harvey over to measure and look at the job. He made up a layout for us that was perfect! He also helped me choose the counter top color.
Then after our financing/closing we had a final measuring by Phil Haust. He even came up with more cabinets to fill up the wall space. When we got the call that the cabinets were in we were so excited. We have been renovating our house for 15 years and the kitchen was the last part. Dick and I never have had a new or such a big kitchen! There is 14 cabinets – tall to the ceiling with molding on top. We picked natural maple and it matched our wainscoting behind the cabinets.
Eric, Kelly and Jeff came to put in the kitchen. They were determined to do it in one day! They covered my floors and were very organized. They wouldn’t stop for lunch and they just kept going and going. I have 4 Rottweiler’s in the house and they (the dogs) were terrible going in and out of our door! Constant barking! To add to that my door kept locking them out each time! As the day went by the kitchen was coming together. The countertop went in and it all came together. My kitchen was finally done after 15 years. They stayed until it was completely done. 8:00 pm Eric’s installation was so good – he even corrected our crown molding to fit our uneven floors and ceiling! He was very professional , and my kitchen is so beautiful. It looks like a picture from a magazine! The natural maple and aristocrat cab, really stand out.
